Health and safety is inseparable from our core corporate values and we place relentless efforts in providing a safe and healthy environment for our employees, customers and nearby communities. Our stringent QHSE procedures, policy and awareness campaigns ensure safety remains a top priority in everything we do. Our ultimate objective is to ensure all our employees and customers get back to their families safely and healthy.
In Renaissance Group, we ensure those HSE risks are managed by identifying potential hazards, introducing measures to prevent them and monitoring and managing our HSE performance. To complement our efforts, we raise our employees’ awareness on safety issues to promote a safety culture.
Safety is number one in everything we do and we monitor risks very closely. Each month, these reports are used to give senior management a clear, statistical picture of safety performance across the businesses.

Our QHSE team produces regular updates on a range of topics – this can be driven by lessons from an LTI, warnings about severe weather, or to raise awareness of broader issues.
