Issa Al Aufi, a seasoned human resource professional with over 15 years of experience, joined Renaissance as Chief People Officer in March 2023. Having worked in sectors like oil and gas, aviation, real estate, FMCG and banking, Issa brings his capabilities in effectively managing complexities and challenges of organisations with large, diverse workforce across hierarchies. Issa is a Bachelor of Accounting and Master of Business Administration from Sultan Qaboos University. His expertise ranges from labour law, conflict resolution, change management, communication, compensation and rewards and relationship management, among others.
