Renaissance has provided project execution for various military forces, including Oman, UK and US, in Oman and abroad. This includes our project experience with the US military in Iraq, between 2003 and 2011, and Afghanistan between 2010 and 2014. In Iraq, we delivered BOOT projects, with rapid mobilisation, to provide Kitchens and Dining Facilities (DFAC) and Life Support Accommodation (LSA). We operated at 15 sites ranging in scale from serving 7,000 to over 25,000 soldiers. Every year, one of our operations received the Commanding General’s award for best DFAC. In Afghanistan we operated 9 sites, of which the largest served 8,000 soldiers. Our proudest achievement was our safety record – zero fatalities from more than a decade of service in dangerous conflict-torn environments.
